Our money back guarantee policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. This does not include returns due to fault or malfunction. 
If your garden set arrives with a fault, dont hesitate to get in touch and one of our team will help you to resolve. 

To complete your return, we require order number and contact number, this will assist us in organise your return with our couriers.


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Banks advise this can take 5-7 working days to appear in your account however this is normally a lot quicker.

Excess stock and Ex Display Products (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately ex display and excess stock (clearly marked) items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

If you need to exchange your garden set, send us an email to info@outdoor-living.co.uk and we will organise to replace the faulty goods. If you would prefer to return the item yourselves our address is:
